Recent work has been done to the browser friendly feed viewer. You can now subscribe to feeds. Soon there will be the option to unsubscribe.
This project is still very much in its beta stages and thus we are working hard to give you the things that you are after. The next on the todo list is refine subscriptions, allow rankings of feeds and better control the content you are after.
